Payment Terms
  • Payment करने के बाद सही UTR / Transaction Number submit करना अनिवार्य है।
  • Wrong UTR या fake payment proof होने पर wallet request reject हो सकती है।
  • Wallet amount admin verification के बाद ही user wallet में add होगा।
  • Service apply होने के बाद applicable service charge wallet से deduct होगा।
  • Payment approval का final decision ANP Jan Seva Kendra admin का होगा।
Service Conditions
  • Document clear और valid होना चाहिए, otherwise application delay/reject हो सकती है।
  • Government portal/server issue होने पर service completion time बढ़ सकता है।
  • Customer द्वारा दी गई गलत information की जिम्मेदारी customer की होगी।
  • Rejected application में government/admin rules के अनुसार refund applicable हो सकता है।
  • Final certificate/document availability संबंधित department approval पर निर्भर करती है।
